  If we cannot troubleshoot your computer remotely, you can drop your computer off at our offices.

  On-Site

  We will drive to your location to fix any problems you have within driving distance. There is a 1 hour minimum for clients in close proximity and a 2 hour minimum for clients further out. Call us for details.

  Remote

  If you need a quick fix and can get on the internet, or can't figure out an issue, you can call us for remote help. We can log in remotely and troubleshoot your issue all from our desk.

  Backup/Restore

  We'll help you backup your data, and always plan for the worst. Be sure to have your valuable information backed up. Backing up daily is critical. Let us design a solution for you that includes local and offsite backups.

  Handheld/PDA's

  Want to sync your emails with your phone? We'll help you sync your PDA, whether it's an iPhone, Droid, or Blackberry to an exchange server or service provider of your choice.
